Here the verdict on Juni 17, 2004 of the Koblenz court against Hagai Aviel on the publication of the doctors killing list :The court justified it's verdict by stating Victims also have post-mortem personal rights. This could be affected by the mention of the names in a list which is linked to a mental or psychological illness
